By establishing a neural link to the Galactic Terminal (accessing or using our service), you agree to be bound by these Rules of Engagement (Terms of Service). If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must immediately disconnect and power down your terminal.

1. NEURAL LINK SECURITY (ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES)

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials (Google login).
• The United Earth Fleet is not liable for any loss of virtual assets resulting from a compromised neural link.
• Guest (Anonymous) accounts are temporary. If your local browser data is cleared, guest progression is permanently lost.

2. RULES OF ENGAGEMENT (USER CONDUCT)

Commanders must adhere to the following operational protocols. Violation will result in immediate airlock expulsion (account ban):

• No Sub-routine Exploitation: The use of third-party software, macros, bots, or exploiting server glitches to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• No Harassment: While the sector is a PvP-enabled combat zone, real-world harassment, hate speech, or threatening other commanders via any out-of-game channels is forbidden.
• No Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, hack, or disrupt the Galactic Terminal backend servers will be treated as an act of treason.

3. VIRTUAL ASSETS & ECONOMY

All ships, cargo, anomalies, and Galactic Credits (₡) remain the sole intellectual property of the Galactic Terminal developers. Virtual assets have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for fiat currency outside of the simulation.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES (VOID WHERE PROHIBITED)

SPACE IS DANGEROUS. THE GALACTIC TERMINAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVER WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, BUG-FREE, OR SECURE.

Server wipes, database rollbacks, or permanent destruction of your vessel by other players are inherent risks of the simulation. We are not responsible for compensating lost time or virtual assets.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall the developers of Galactic Terminal be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the application.

6. DIRECTIVE AMENDMENTS

Fleet Command reserves the right to modify these Rules of Engagement at any time. Continued use of the terminal after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new directives.
